A flexible bridging sealer for unsound surfaces where flaking, peeling, and chalking are a potential problem. Perma-flex provides a uniformly sealed surface that is permeable and flexible so that finish coats are less likely to blister, peel, flake, or crack. Excellent adhesion, quick drying, and stain blocking. Water-based and low odor.
