These rigid polyurethane panels combine three labor tasks into just one labor-saving panel. The studs, insulation, and vapor barrier are pre-fabricated into a single structurally solid piece, ready to install. By incorporating the cutting and spacing of studs and with superiorly tight insulation already in place, RAY-CORE panels are fast to install, providing significant savings in labor costs. The panels are reliably square, straight and plumb, with no bending, bulging, or sagging, and are remarkably easy to handle. RAY-CORE panels have high R values and tight joints, providing phenomenal savings in energy costs over the life of the structure. Available in roof, wall, and header systems.
